Dressing Recipes

 

Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/3 cup
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
To taste
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Stone-Ground Mustard
Honey
Salt
Pepper - freshly ground

• Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and store in refrigerator until ready for use.

Garlic and Herb Vinaigrette

Garlic Clove - minced
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Salt
Dry Mustard
Fresh Herbs - minced fresh dill, basil, chives - each (or 1 tsp dried of each)
Pepper, freshly ground
Celery Seed

• Combine everything in a small jar with a lid.
• Cover tightly and shake until well blended.
• Refrigerate; shake well before using.

Tofu Dressing

Silken Tofu
Cider Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Soya Sauce
Fresh Dill ( or 1 ts. dried)
Pepper - freshly ground
Salt
Garlic Clove - minced
Bell Pepper - minced
Parsley - freshly minced

• Combine everything in a small jar with a lid. Cover tightly and shake until well blended.
• Refrigerate; shake well before using. This will keep for two weeks.

• Cover tightly and shake until well blended.
• Refrigerate; shake well before using.
• This will keep for 1-2 weeks.
