Balsamic Vinaigrette

Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Stone-Ground Mustard
Honey
Salt
Pepper - freshly ground

• Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and store in refrigerator until ready for use.

Herb Garlic and Vinaigrette

Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar

Pepper, freshly ground
Celery Seed

• Combine everything in a small jar with a lid.
• Cover tightly and shake until well blended.
• Refrigerate; shake well before using.

Tofu Basil Dressing

Apple of Orange Juice
Dijon Mustard
Clove of Garlic, minced
Fresh Basil

•Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and puree until smooth.
• Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Will keep in refrigerator for about a week.

• Cover tightly and shake until well blended.
• Refrigerate; shake well before using.
• This will keep for 1-2 weeks.
