Pineapple

Step 1 Select the side of the pineapple best suited to become the top of the 'boat'.

Step 2 Slice that top side off.

Step 3 Cut around the inside, leaving a thick enough wall to leave the arils behind.

Step 4 Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes.

Step 5 Scoop out the freshly cubed pineapple.

Step 6 Fill your pineapple 'boat' with either fruit salad or
