Making the perfect meal requires fantastic recipes and
fresh ingredients. With RALPH'S bountiful harvest of organic
and fresh produce, we're ready to help you fill your kitchen
with mouth-watering aromas – some of which are family
favourites already handed down generations. Each month,
one recipe will be featured in our Newsletter.

With so many fabulous cooks in our community, we’d
like to think of this recipe section as a forum to share
each others tried & tested favourites. For your recipe(s)
to qualify, please follow our guidelines:
- Ralph’s is all about fresh, healthy choices.
Please submit recipes that are balanced for promoting
healthy lifestyles.

- Please submit recipes that involve fruits, vegetables,
and/or natural food products offered at Ralph’s.
- Each entry should be typed in MS Word (e-mailed as
an attachment) or simply in your e-mail software.
- A serving dish photo or j-peg is extremely welcome,
but not mandatory.
- E-mail your recipes to recipes@ralphsfarmmarket.com
with “My Recipe” in the
subject line.

- you are hereby providing us with a license to display
your recipe to the public in our newsletter. By not
declaring another source, you are indicating that
your recipe is not copied from any other publication
or organization. If it is, however, please provide
acknowledgement.
