With so many fabulous cooks in our community, we’d
like to think of this recipe section as a forum to share
each others' tried & tested favourites. In order to
qualify to have
your recipe(s) posted, please follow our guidelines:

Healthy
Recipe Criteria

low
in sugar
-
low
in healthy fats (eg.
no hydrogenated fats)
-
high
fibre content (fruits, vegetables, oats...)

- Please submit recipes that involve fruits, vegetables,
and/or natural food products offered at Ralph’s.
- Each entry should be typed in MS Word (e-mailed as
an attachment) or simply in your e-mail software.
- A serving dish photo or j-peg is extremely welcome,
but not mandatory.
- E-mail your recipes to recipes@ralphsfarmmarket.com
- Qualified submissions must provide origin of recipe (name of creator or publication, if applicable.
- A maximum of 5 recipes per family per month will be
accepted. If you have lots to share, please continue
to submit your recipes on a monthly basis.
By submitting your recipe:
- You are hereby providing us with a license to display
your recipe to the public I.e. website or newsletter). By not
declaring another source, you are indicating that
your recipe is not copied from any other publication
or organization. If it is, however, please provide
acknowledgement.
- Ralph's is not obligated to post your recipe. Please
see our healthy recipe criteria.
